Sheethel Kulkarni is the Founder & CEO of Elevora Global, a UAE-based coaching and advisory practice dedicated to helping professionals, leaders and organizations navigate leadership growth, career transitions and talent transformation with greater clarity and confidence.

With over 18 years of global experience spanning multinational corporations, executive search firms, and Big Four consulting, Sheethel brings a unique perspective that combines executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic talent advisory.

Prior to founding Elevora Global, she held senior HR and talent leadership roles, leading global talent acquisition, executive and C-suite hiring, employer branding, leadership development, diversity and inclusion and people experience initiatives across multiple industries and international markets.
