Leadership Coach | Talent & People Advisor
Sheethel Kulkarni is the Founder & Principal of Elevora Global, a coaching and advisory practice focused on executive & leadership development, career transitions, and talent advisory for professionals and organizations.

She brings over 18 years of experience across multinational organizations, executive search firms, and Big4 consulting environments, including experience with PwC, where she held senior HR and talent leadership responsibilities. Her work has spanned global talent acquisition, executive and C-suite hiring, campus and early talent programs, employer branding, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and people experience.

Through her corporate career, Sheethel has worked closely with business leaders, senior professionals, and leadership teams, gaining deep insight into the challenges individuals and organizations face while navigating career growth, leadership transitions, and organizational change.

Elevora Global was founded with the intent of creating a structured and professional platform for individuals and organizations to engage in thoughtful conversations around leadership, career direction, and people-related decisions.
Sheethel Kulkarni
Sheethel holds certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) from the American Board of NLP (ABNLP) and is certified in Leadership and Executive Coaching with the International Coach Federation (ICF) . She also holds certifications in Business Coaching, Life Coaching, and Organization Development from the International Association for Professional Counsellors, Coaches & Trainers (IAPCCT).

She has completed advanced programs in leadership, including the Next Generation Leadership Program from the University of Arizona and Leadership Communication from Northwestern University. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and has completed an Executive Development Program from XLRI Jamshedpur, India.

Sheethel works with professionals and organizations across the Middle East and global markets, with coaching and advisory engagements delivered through both online and in-person sessions.
